Good sub-woofers generally require a large enclosure, but Tymphany has figured out how to make a speaker case that's only 5 inches in diameter. The key is using two opposing drivers. That brings another advantage (or disadvantage if you like to feel the bass) it cuts down on vibration which means the vibrations won't damage sensitive circuits.
