KBR, a Dick Halliburton subsidiary on Jan. 24 received a $385 million contract from the DHS to provide "temporary detention and processing capabilities for an emergency influx of immigrants." I suspect that detaining "immigrants" is not really why these facilities are being built. What could this "influx" really be?
