U.S. judge overturns $307 mln award to Rambus
A U.S. judge on Monday granted a motion by South Korean memory chip maker Hynix Semiconductor Inc. to overturn an earlier jury order for it to pay $307 million in damages to Rambus Inc. for patent infringement
