Robinsod confirmed his hack to downgrade the kernel of an Xbox360 from 2858 (or lower) to the 1888 'Base Kernel' by being able to boot the 'Kiosk disc' from recordable media (which is blacklisted in kernel 2858). However it was discovered kernel 4552 and above can't be downgraded anymore, probably because Microsoft blew eFuses in the CPU.
